COOL SHOWERS START AT THE TANK
KEEPS YOUR WATER TANK COOL, DURING SUMMER.
How Does the Cooling Work?
Our system uses the principle of evaporative cooling to lower the temperature of air before it’s used to cool the water.
This passive and energy-efficient method runs entirely on solar power — no electricity required.
Hot Air Enters the System
A solar-powered fan draws in warm ambient air.
At the same time, water flows over specialized cooling pads, keeping them continuously moist.
As air passes through the damp pads, it cools down before entering the tank area — delivering naturally chilled water without any electrical consumption.
Air Cools as It Passes Through Wet Pads
As warm air flows through the moist cooling pads, the water within begins to evaporate.
This evaporation process draws heat from the air — naturally lowering its temperature before it moves on to cool the water tank.
Heat Exchanger Cools the Tank Water
A copper tube heat exchanger is placed in the cooled zone behind the evaporative pads. Chilled air and splashed water from the cooling pad surround the exchanger, creating a cool environment through continuous evaporation.
Hot water from the tank circulates through the copper coil, releasing heat as it passes through the cooled area. This process gradually reduces the temperature of the tank water.
The cooled water then flows back to the tank — and the cycle continues, keeping your water refreshingly cool all day.
